Who We Are
Qingdao Henry Cal Sil New Materials Co., Ltd. (CalSilBoard) is a specialist calcium silicate board manufacturer based in the High-tech Zone of Qingdao, China. We manufacture rigid, non-asbestos calcium silicate board in-house — from raw materials and autoclaving through to finishing and CNC machining — and supply it factory-direct, without middlemen.
Our product range spans the complete density spectrum, from lightweight 250 kg/m³ insulation grades to 1200 kg/m³ high-strength structural grades, rated for service up to 1100°C. This lets us match the right board to each customer’s temperature, strength and dimensional requirements rather than forcing a one-size-fits-all product.
Manufacturing
Our factory controls the full process: raw-material preparation, forming, high-pressure autoclaving, drying, surface finishing and precision CNC machining. With an annual capacity exceeding 30,000 m³, we support both project volumes and ongoing OEM supply.
Producing every density grade on the same site means consistent quality, reliable lead times and the flexibility to manufacture custom sizes and shaped parts to your drawings.
Quality Control
Every batch is produced under strict quality control — tight density tolerance (±10%), dimensional inspection and verification of strength and thermal performance against our published technical data.
All grades are non-asbestos and A1 non-combustible. Dimensional inspection reports and a Certificate of Conformance are available on request, so you can specify our board with confidence.
