FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What is high density calcium silicate board?
A rigid, non-asbestos calcium silicate board with high bulk density (800–1200 kg/m³), engineered for high compressive strength, dimensional stability and thermal insulation in demanding industrial environments.
Which density should I choose?
800 kg/m³ for balanced general industrial use, 850–980 kg/m³ for high strength and heavy load, 1020 kg/m³ for industrial structural durability, and 1200 kg/m³ for maximum strength in extreme conditions.
Can it support structural load?
Yes. High density grades offer compressive strength up to ≥23 MPa (about 3335 psi), suitable for load-bearing and structural insulation applications.
Is machining available?
Yes. Boards can be cut, drilled and CNC-machined to custom shapes, profiles and tolerances.
Do you provide OEM?
Yes. We offer OEM and private-label production with custom dimensions and export packaging direct from our factory.
